Abigail Spencer

Abigail Leigh Spencer (born August 4th, 1981) is an American actress. She is most famous for the roles she appeared in the film Cowboys & Aliens. The Haunting in Connecticut 2 Ghosts of Georgia Oz the Great and Powerful, The Great and Powerful, Is Where I Leave You. Her current role is Amantha in Rectify which is a Sundance Channel drama. Abigail Leigh Spencer - an American actress who has worked in both film and TV - is a TV star. The roles she played in the drama series Rectify as well as the sci-fi series Timeless earned her the title of a celebrity. She is a native of Gulf Breeze Florida she made her acting debut by playing a character in the soap-opera All My Children. The performance earned her an award called the Soap Opera Digest Award' for Best Female Newcomer. Her main role was role as guest actors over the course of several years. Her popularity was rewarded for her character of Dr. Erin Jameson in the television series Hawthorne. Gradually, her beautiful looks and extraordinary acting talents made her an ideal candidate for an ardent fan base. Her first film appearance came at 20 and was acting in the film Campfire Stones. Her other roles in include Jekyll This Means War and Chasing Mavericks. Her nomination was to the Madrid International Film Festival Award' for her role in the movie Beautiful Now'. Recently, Spencer portrayed Lucy Preston (history professor) in Timeless. Spencer received a Teen Choice Award nomination and was also praised for her work in this show by the reviewers.
